2.         Bungalow No.481/D Type-V at Nambari, on vacation by Shri A. S. Garud, CE/Con/VI, is hereby allotted to Shri P. K. Banerjee, COS/MLG from CHOD priority.

                               SPECIAL ATTENTION OF ALLOTTEES IS DRAWN

 

1.         White washing of kitchen/bathrooms and repair and whitewashing of one bed room shall be done, if considered necessary, at the time of handing over of the bungalow to the new allottee.

2.         Minor repairs including schedule periodical repair and roof treatment etc., shall be done after occupation and will not be accepted as reasons for non-occupation.

3.         The repairs should not involve any modification/alteration.

4.         Occupation report shall be given within fifteen days of the issue of allotment order or date of vacation by earlier allottee whichever is later, failing which the allotment will be cancelled and given to the next person in turn. House rent will be deducted from salary after fifteen days of issue of order. This will apply in every case except when the allottee is away from HQ on leave/training or sick.

5.         The engineering department shall attend to the minimum repairs outline at point no.1 above within this period of fifteen days. It will be the responsibility of allot tee officer to have the repairs carried out at non-completion will not be considered a valid reasons for not giving the occupation report.
