1. |
White washing of kitchen/bathrooms, repair and whitewashing of one bed room shall be done, if considered necessary, at the time of handing over the bungalow to the new allottee.

2. |
Minor repairs including schedule periodical repair and roof treatment etc. shall be done after occupation and will not be accepted as reasons for non-occupation.

3. |
The repairs should not involve any modification/alteration.
|
4. |
Occupation report shall given within (15 days) (7 days for Transit Bungalow) of the issue of allotment order or date of vacation by earlier allottee whichever is later, failing which the allotment will be cancelled and given to the next person in turn. This will apply in every case except when the allottee is away from HQ. on leave/training or sick.

The Engg. Department shall attend to the minimum repairs outline at point No.1 above within this period of fifteen days. It will be the responsibility of allottee officer to have the repairs carried out at non-completion will not be considered a valid reasons for not giving the occupation report. |
